Nova—Chin Rest

Yesterday I noticed the muscles around Nova's C3 - 5 area of her upper neck are large and stiff. When I offered Chin Rest to her, along with a poll massage, she found release in her poll and the response was dramatic. Here eyes closed and fluttered and when I slowly released her chin she lowered her head, shook it and processed for several minutes. I will offer that to her again today to see her response.
